Sometimes we choose to make big changes, at other times change is forced upon us. However, the pain and struggle intrinsic in change can be an opportunity to move our lives forward in a positive way.
Transitions give us the chance to “fine tune” or completely redefine ourselves. Change is always difficult, but it can also be extremely productive.
Letting go of old habits or coping is scary… They’ve worked for us in the past and we’ve not yet developed new ones. But, like cleaning out a closet, we can choose to get rid of what is no longer useful, thereby making room for something better.
